About Exhibition:

• Parallel to the Conference, an exhibition is organized, where companies can show their products and/or posters

• The exhibition will take place in an area close to the Conference hall and will be open daily from 9.00 a.m. till 18.00 p.m.

• All participants are invited to attend the opening of the exhibition after the opening of the Conference

• Potential exhibitors are kindly requested to indicate the name they wish to appear on the booth panel

• The Conference Secretariat intends to prepare a DIRECTORY FOR EXHIBITORS, so potential exhibitors are kindly requested to provide us with:

  • Full name and address

  • Contact person(s)

  • A brief profile of the company in no more than two pages (A4)

  • Arial, font 12, on Word XP

  • Deadline for receiving the profile (in English and/or Arabic) is 10 September 2008

Each Stand is equipped with: Company identification panel in English (without logo) 1 square table 80 × 80 × 75 cm per each stand 2 plastic folding chairs per each stand 1 spotlight 100 w per each 3 Sqm 1 Power point 13 Amps. 220 V per each stand In case you wish to hire additional equipment/furniture, please click here for the price list. The Exhibition setup
17 Nov Noon time - 6 PM construction of the booths

Kindly be advised that Exhibitors can come only as of 6 PM to the conference facilities if they are taking a shell. However, if they are constructing themselves their booths they can come on the 17th starting 12 Noon.

Exhibition materials should arrive to Cairo by 10th November. However, if you need to send them before that date CICC would charge $20 per meter for storage area as they only allow free storage one week prior to event.
